1. Supervision & Behavior:
- Member only pool access, pursuant to the guest policy.
- Must check in every time and have a Waiver on file to swim.
- Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- There may be no lifeguard on duty. Young children are to be monitored by an adult at all times.
- If no lifeguard is on duty, no one may swim alone.
- Running, pushing, and rough play are strictly prohibited.
- No diving in shallow areas.
- No excessive noise, including shouting or playing loud music.
- Respect fellow swimmers and staff at all times.
- No long breath holding.
2. Hygiene & Health:
- Take a cleansing soap shower before entering the pool deck and before each entry into the water.
- No swimming if you have open wounds, infections, or illnesses.
- Swim diapers are required for infants and toddlers.
- Avoid spitting, spouting water, blowing your nose, or urinating in the pool.
- Clean up any spills or messes around the pool area.
3. Equipment & Usage:
- Use pool equipment, such as slides and diving boards, in a safe and responsible manner.
- Swimmers must wear proper swimming attire; no cutoffs or street clothes allowed.
- No inflatables except for U.S. Coast Guard-approved flotation devices.
- Pool toys may be restricted during peak hours.
- No footballs or hard balls of any kind allowed.
- Do not bring glass containers or sharp objects into the pool area.
- Do not eat or drink in the pool area unless designated.
- No pets are allowed in the pool area.
- Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the pool gate.
- Adhere to designated pool hours and operating schedules.
- Pool operations timing and slot booking should be regulated as per pre-determined committee rules.
- No swimming after posted hours when the pool is closed.
4. Food & Beverages:
- No glass containers allowed.
- Food and drinks are permitted only in designated areas.
- No alcohol or smoking on pool premises.
6. Emergencies, Enforcement & Liability:
- In case of emergency, follow staff instructions and exit the pool promptly if required.
- Pool staff or lifeguards have the right to enforce pool rules and regulations.
- Failure to follow rules may result in warnings, suspension of pool privileges, or other consequences.
- Familiarize yourself with emergency procedures, such as evacuation procedures.
- Pool owners and operators typically have terms and conditions that outline their liability for accidents or injuries.
- Management reserves the right to update rules as needed for safety and enjoyment.
By entering Fieldale Pools, all guests agree to abide by these rules to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for everyone.
