Do you offer any Discounts?
We offer discounts for memberships to specific groups like Seniors, Military and Veterans, First Responders and residence of the Historic Collective. This discount is applicable to membership fees only. It does not apply to any other fees.
Do babies have to pay?
The current policy of the pool is that 3 and under are free of charge.
Can our Babysitter be on our membership?
You may add a babysitter to your plan and they will be counted in your total. For example if you are a family of 4 you would need to purchase a family of 5 to cover the babysitter.
Can I add other family members not in my household?
As much as we would love to accommodate those requests, it is just not possible. Our pool is a community pool and works as a nonprofit organization, our goal is to give families a great place to come and enjoy their summer at an affordable price. In order to do that we have to set guidelines that are fair to everyone.
Is there a Senior Discount?
For seniors 62 and older not participating in the Silver Sneakers program, Fieldale Pools offers a 10% discount on our standard Individual Membership.
Is there Military Discount?
Yes, Fieldale Pools offers a 10% discount off the standard Individual Membership for Active Duty and Veteran United States military personnel.
Are Day Passes available?
Yes, Fieldale Pools offers a limited number of day passes will be allowed each day according to available space and capacity. A Day Pass membership is required to purchase Day Passes.
Day Passes at $10 per person/day.
Why do I need a membership if I just want a Day Pass?
We are required to have certain information about our swimmers, including emergency contact info and parental permissions. You can provide this information through signing up with a Day Pass membership or we can take it at the gate, but this will cause delays while we collect the information. Once we have the necessary info we will be able to more quickly process you into the pool in the future.
Can I have a non-member adult accompany/be responsible for my member children to the pool?
All swimmers under the age of 14 MUST BE accompanied by an adult. The adult does not have to be a member but must be purchase a Day Pass to accompany the swimmers AND be on the approved adult list for the membership.
Can I enter the pool grounds if I am not swimming?
Persons 14 and older may enter the pool grounds with a membership or Day Pass. No unpaid persons may be on the pool grounds.
Can my 14+ teen get an individual membership?
Individual memberships start at age 18. Members under 14-18 must be registered with a responsible adult.
Can I combine membership discounts?
No, membership discounts cannot be combined and are only applicable to memberships. Discounts do not apply to any other fees, including Snack Shack.
For a senior married couple, do both persons need to be 62+?
For a senior married couple, only one person must be 62+ for the membership.
Do you offer anything special for First Responders?
Yes, we offer a membership specifically for our First Responders that is 10% off the normal Individual Membership cost.
What is Community Pass?
Fieldale Pools partners with Community Pass Counterpoint software to manage members and membership accounts. To sign up, click Memberships on the menu to be directed to the Community Pass site.
