Pool Parties

Fieldale Pools are available for use by the public on a reservation basis subject to the conditions outlined below. The purpose of these guidelines is to establish standard procedures for administering the policy and to ensure fairness in the leasing of the facility.

1. Pool party hosts may come no more than (30) minutes before starting time to set up.  No confetti or crepe paper is allowed in the pool area.  It clogs the pumps if it gets in the pools.
2. No one may enter the water before the Lifeguards have given permission.  Swimming starts at designated time and NOT earlier.
3. All swimmers MUST wear swim wear attire to enter pool. No cut off shorts.
4. Parents are to supervise their child/children at all times.
5. Swim diapers are REQUIRED for all children 3 years old and younger, and for everyone not potty trained.  NO EXCEPTIONS!
6. Children ages 3 and under must be accompanied by an adult in the water.
7. We reserve the right to refuse the pool to anyone who doesn’t conduct themselves in a safe manner or does not conform to the pool safety rules we have set here and on the second page of this agreement.
8. All pool party attendees must leave the premises within twenty (20) minutes after pool party end time.
9. The host will be held accountable for leaving the premises clean.
10. Any property damage will be the responsibility of the host.
11. Pool party hosts are encouraged to bring their own chairs.
12. Absolutely NO GLASS allowed.
13. Rental may be rescheduled if available Thurs- Fri- Sat- Sun- due to inclement weather to a date mutually agreed upon by both parties no earlier than 24 hours before the party.
14. Refreshments are welcome, but it is the responsibility of the host to provide food, drinks, plates, napkins, cups, etc. Refrigerator space/grill is not available.  No food or drinks near or in the pools.
15. You may bring your own music, but it may not be played excessively loud.In the event of dangerous conditions or weather, all guests must exit the pools.

17. User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Fieldale Heritage, Inc. and the Fieldale Recreation Center and pools, its agents, and employees from and against any claims for damages for persons or property arising out of any use of Fieldale Pools and its premises by User.  Fieldale Heritage, Inc. and Fieldale Pools assumes no responsibility for any property placed in or about Fieldale Pools.
18. No oral agreement for the use of Fieldale Pools shall be valid,  All reservations must be confirmed with a written contract, and approved by the Facilities Manager of Fieldale Pools.
19. Fieldale Pools will not provide pool toys, games, etc.
20. User is responsible for the set up and clean up of the facility.  Set up is 30 minutes prior to the party.  User agrees to leave premises in as good or better condition than which existed prior to their usage.  All trash must be removed from property.  All decorations must be removed.  No confetti is allowed in the pool area.
21. Fieldale Pools does not permit alcoholic beverages on its premises or in the area surrounding the facility. SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED WITHIN POOL FENCED AREA. Smoking is permitted across the street.
22. Host should provide enough adults to monitor all youth when they are not in the pool.
23. Pool Party timing: ** 5:30pm Host and helpers can set up   ** 6:00pm-8:00pm Swim time with Lifeguards ** Host and their helpers start cleaning up by 7:50pm   **All guests and host out by 8:20pm.
